Consulting across the signal chain.

We work as consultants on audio and signal-processing problems that don't have an off-the-shelf answer, for composers and performers, institutions, and researchers. Below is roughly what that looks like in practice; if your project doesn't fit neatly into one of these, we don't fit neatly into them either. Get in touch instead.

What we don't take on

Studio recording, mixing, and mastering aren't part of our practice. It's not where our interest lies and we're happy to point you toward someone who's a better fit. Anything else, it's worth asking.

Not sure which of these fits?

Most projects we take on are some combination of the above. Tell us what you're working on and we'll tell you honestly whether it's something we're suited for.
